I am a resident of e-city Phase-II and currently, I am working with KPMG. Since 2006, I have been living in Electronics City, Bangalore. I chose to build my house and get settled here with my family because this place has a friendly and safe neighborhood and has all the amenities like schools, hospitals, banks, ATMs etc. in the vicinity. I remember, when we built the house, this area was still in under development, so, a few of us took the initiative of planting saplings around the streets of the layout. Now it feels good to see those saplings grown into fruit-bearing trees.

In this locality, something that keeps me motivated to be proactive in life is when I see some of the senior citizens who diligently rake the dry leaves every Sunday to keep the roadside clean. It’s a small initiative they have taken up, but their spirit towards that work is really moving.
