Dear ElCitizens,
Commute between E-City West Phase to East Phase had been a matter of concern for ElCitizens and us, as connectivity had been poor and erratic. As a pilot we had introduced two Intra E-City Free Shuttle Buses, which plied from opposite directions with most pickup and drop points having a bus passing by every 30 minutes.
We thank you for your overwhelming support and are excited to announce that we have added two more buses. With these two additional buses we would be having a bus arriving at most pickup points at an interval of approximately 15 minutes.
Our buses are fitted with GPS and all around CCTV cameras. You would be able to track the position of the buses if you have installed the Elcita Citizen app for Android on your mobile.

Not able to download timing pdf
I have a quick question. If any resident of Electronic city phase 1 and his office is in Central Silk Board, wants to ride the shuttle service from Neotown to BHEL bus stop with valid company id proof, can he/she avail the shuttle service?
Please add the new route timings. Need to know the time to board and alight at Neeladri Nagar stop (near Moriz restaurant). Couldn’t find it on the website page neither the Android app.
For iPhones the app is not available. So does this mean that we can’t avail this facility.
