Interest on delayed payment of Property tax and Safety and Traffic Management Charges for 2013/14

The ELCITA committee has decided as a special case to extend the due date for payment of Property tax and Safety and Traffic Management Charges for 2013/14 till December 31, 2013. No interest shall be levied if the payments are made by this date. This is done as an one-time initiative to facilitate members to ensure timely payment, in view of the transition from the respective panchayats to ELCITA.

Please note that payments made after December 31, 2013 shall attract interest @ 12% p.a and shall first be appropriated towards interest and the balance against Property Tax & Safety and Traffic Management Charges.

We request for your kind co-operation and timely payment. Please ignore this mail if you have already paid the taxes
