As the spread of COVID-19 continues unabated in Bangalore, many people are looking for help when COVID-19 suspects are advised to get tested. ELCITA task force has set up a simple helpline that can be used by ELCitizens. When a company executive or if any employee wants support, they can contact this helpline and get answers as to where and how they can proceed and understand options available. When required, contact the ELCITA helpline as detailed in the attachment and flow chart.

Call our helpdesk 08046602222, inform the receiver that you want to talk regarding COVID-19 which will help in routing the call to one of the Officers of ELCITA who would guide you.

Currently, this facility would be available from 09:00 AM to 5.30 PM.
