ELCITA wishes to hire 23 two-BHK apartments having BUA of 600-800 sft for personnel of CISF in New Town/ Dodda Toguru/ Neeladri/ Veera Sandra areas for three years with effect from 1 March 2022. Interested property owners may submit their written quotation in the office of ELCITA along with certified copies of sale deed, encumbrance certificate for 3 years, floor plan, building approval, occupancy certificate, inventory of furnishings/fittings in the apartments and details of common amenities.
Signed quotations must reach by 14 Feb 2022 along with supporting documents in the name of the bidder.
