Revision of Shuttle Timings – May, 2019

We thank you for your overwhelming support and feedback. Please be informed of the changes in the timings and routes of the shuttle between E-City West Phase to East Phase.
Our buses are fitted with GPS and all around CCTV cameras. You would be able to track the position of the buses if you have installed the Elcita Citizen app for Android on your mobile. For your convenience, we have embedded the route map and links.
We solicit your continued support in making this Intra E-City Free Shuttle Service a success.
Indicative timings of the buses are also enclosed. Timings are subject to variation due to traffic congestion on the roads.

I couldn’t see the change in the shuttle timings in the recently posted notification. Kindly upload the updated timings sheet.
New timing of shuttle not working pl send correct link
The citizen app shows only shuttle 1 and 2 and not 3 and 4.
The Elcita shuttle bus doesn’t stop at Gold Hill Supreme Park. We wait for several minutes to find that it doesn’t even care to stop
The free shuttle service provided by you is for only lucky people, because the drivers won’t stop the shuttle as per the stops mentioned in the concerned route, instead they stop at the bmtc bus stops or at signals etc.
Kindly requesting you to please provide us the exact info regarding the stops for the concerned routes.
