Mr. Charles comes with enormous experience in the corporate sector, building and managing large global facilities for well over 20 years. Till 2020, Charles led the Facilities team globally at Infosys as a Senior Vice president.

Charles is also no stranger to ELCIA and ELCITA, having been associated in various capacities and across many projects as a Vice president ELCIA (2005-07), President ELCIA (2007-09), and as an elected committee member of ELCITA from 2017-2020.

Charles has joined ELCITA as Township Development Officer (TDO) to bring in focus on projects as part of the evolution of our township to the next level in the next few years. The TDO will help in envisioning these projects and also execute them with rigor and speed to deliver value to the township.

TDO was selected from among 11 candidates by the ELCITA committee following the due selection process. He joined ELCITA on 26th May 2021

Lt. Col. Ravindra Singh hails from Bangalore; he has completed his BSc from Christ College, Bangalore; BE in Civil Engineering from College of Military Engineering, Pune; PG in Construction Mgmt from NICMAR.

He has served in the Indian Army from 1990 to 24 October 2012 and has worked with Ms. Wind World India as Head Civil and M/s Ganjam Nagappa & Sons as Head HR and Admin before joining ELCITA.

Lt. Col. Ravindra had joined ELCITA as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2020 and has now been selected to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The selection criteria for CEO was gazetted by the GoK and he was selected from among 9 candidates by a 6 member committee comprising of 3 members from the GoK and 3 from ELCITA committee.
