The primary objective of Human Resources (HR) at ELCITA is to provide efficient and competent human resources to the organization. Our HR departments play a crucial role in ensuring that we have the right people with the right skills in the right positions, fostering motivation, engagement, and productivity.

Our Human Resources function encompasses a range of key activities, including:
1. Employee Relations, Mentoring & Counselling:

2. Appraisals, Compensation & Benefits:
All employees undergo an annual appraisal process, including self-appraisal, manager appraisal, and reviewer appraisal. Ratings from managers and reviewers determine the overall rating for the year. Managers recommend increments, promotions, and training needs based on guidance from the Management Committee. Incentives and benefits, such as medical and life insurance, are provided based on individual performance.
3. Employee Training:
We identify training needs through appraisals and performance evaluations, planning and implementing tailored training programs to help employees develop their skills and reach their full potential.
4. HR Policies:
We adhere to the principles of ELCITA, complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. To maintain high ethical standards and create a safe working environment, we have established a Code of Conduct, Whistle-blower Policy, and POSH Policy.
