| Ground rent (educational institutions, cultural and religious buildings are exempted subject to conditions) | Rs 100/- per sq.m. |
| Scrutiny fee | 2% of Licence Fee or Rs.25,000, whichever is higher |
| Authentication of original set of plans | Lumpsum of Rs. 2000/- |
| Security deposit (refundable if deviations are less than 5% of the sanctioned plan) | Rs. 100/- per sq.m. |
| Labour Welfare Cess | 1% of cost of construction (guidance value of cost of construction is Rs.13,000 / sq.mt) |
