ELCITA invites applications from experienced and accomplished professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer, ELCITA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure efficient and responsive municipal service delivery by fulfilling the following:

• Lead all the day-to-day municipal administration and operations.
• Ensure efficient delivery and maintenance of civic services including roads, water, sanitation, waste management, drainage, public amenities, landscaping and environmental services.
• Lead infrastructure projects, maintenance programmes, procurement & contract management.
• Manage budgets, revenues, expenditure and overall financial discipline.
• Lead and develop ELCITA’s professional and operational teams.
• Maintain effective working relationships with Government departments, statutory authorities, industry and other stakeholders.
• Provide the MC with timely, accurate reports, operational insights and recommendations requiring policy or strategic decisions.
• Ensure high standards of governance, transparency, accountability and service excellence.

ELIGIBILITY

Essential Qualifications

A. Bachelor of Engineering OR Master of Business Administration

B. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial and technical capacity of handling Solid Waste Management / Liquid Waste Management/Water Supply etc in Urban Local Body services in India / SEZ / Industrial Towns / Facilities run by Industrial Boards/ Facilities run by Para-statals / State or Union Government in Urban Water Supply and Sewage Board

C. Age Limit: Minimum 40 years, Maximum 55 years
