The estate management team of ELCITA, comprising Housekeeping, Civil, and Electrical personnel, is entrusted with the maintenance and care of all public infrastructure and utilities within the Electronics City Industrial Township Area.

Housekeeping Excellence:
Our outsourced housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining the pristine condition of the estate. We regulate and monitor their operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. We equip them with state-of-the-art tools and equipment to deliver superior estate maintenance.
Infrastructure Development and Maintenance:
ELCITA’s physical infrastructure and electrical team are responsible for developing and maintaining crucial amenities within the township. Their focus includes the construction and upkeep of roads, footpaths, drains, railings, walkways, STPs, septic tanks, SWM facilities, FOBs, periodic painting of assets, beautification initiatives, and installing rainwater harvesting systems.
Ensuring Safe and Smooth Travel:
We prioritize the safety and convenience of commuters. Our team diligently maintains roads with quality riding surfaces, free from potholes. To enhance safety and visibility, we install streetlights, high masts, and traffic signals along the pavements, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations.
Reliable Power Network:
ELCITA provides a robust power network to ensure uninterrupted supply to CCTV cameras, traffic signals, lighting, transformers, and other essential equipment. We have secured green energy from BESCOM for all our operations, reducing our environmental footprint.
Engineers’ Responsibilities:
Our dedicated engineers handle various responsibilities to ensure efficient execution and transparency in all our projects:
Prepare detailed estimates based on Schedule Rates, KPWD rates, or rate analysis.
Publishing tenders on the Karnataka Public Procurement Portal.
Conducting transparent technical and financial evaluations.
Adhering to tender documents, agreements, and relevant codes during project execution and billing.
Maintenance Team:
ELCITA’s in-house staff is equipped to address various issues promptly. They handle tasks such as rectifying damaged footpath drain slabs, repairing potholes, executing painting works, resolving streetlight and power failures, and promptly addressing public and in-house complaints uploaded through the Tic Track app.

Road Metrics: Our adoption of AI-based software enables efficient identification of potholes, capturing their precise location through longitude and latitude data.

Smart City Dashboard: We integrate smart streetlights, diesel generators, high mast lights, and UPS systems into a comprehensive dashboard. This enables us to analyze equipment energy consumption, provide data insights, and take immediate action during emergencies.

GPR Survey
ELCITA is responsible for providing adequate infrastructure and facilities for Electronics City Citizens. The power and OFC (Optical Fiber Cable) lines serve as the primary lifelines of the electronic city. Any damage incurred during the execution of work would have catastrophic consequences and result in significant losses. Recognising this, ELCITA conducted a GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) survey to accurately identify the locations of the underground utilities.
Road Assessments
Road condition monitoring is performed using AI-based software, which helps capture images of potholes with accurate longitude and latitude coordinates.
The software can identify 10 types of road defects and generate detailed segment-wise reports.
Defects are graded from level 0 to 4, with color coding indicating the priority of stretches of roads requiring immediate attention. Based on the analysis, road rectification plans can be formulated.
Minor road defects and potholes are addressed by the in-house team using Road Bond, while major defects are outsourced to contracted services.
Upgradation of Toll Plaza in West and East Phase
The architectural style implemented in the construction of the Toll Plaza caters to the needs of a contemporary township, facilitating seamless vehicular flow while keeping up with the township’s growing dynamics. As a result, the organization’s reputation has been enhanced. It guarantees user safety, promotes a seamless traffic flow, reduces travel time, and minimizes pollution in Electronics City.
