| Authentication of drawings | Lumpsum of Rs. 2000/- |
| Ground Rent @ Rs.100 / sq. mt (Exemption for Educational Institution) ( Calculated w.r.to. Differential area) | Rs 100/- per sq.m. |
| Labour Welfare Cess (Calculated w.r.to. Differential area) | 1% of cost of construction (guidance value of cost of construction is Rs.13,000 / sq.mt) |
| Regularization fee for shortfall in area with respect to FAR, Ground Coverage & Set back Area (If Deviation is less than 5%) | Rs.4000 /- per Sq.m. |
